HOW NEUROTOXINS WORK
A combination of factors can cause facial lines. It’s not just about the cellular changes that may occur, or reduction of collagen, or damage caused by free radicals from the sun and the environment.
Repeated muscle contractions from frowning, squinting, or raising eyebrows cause skin to furrow and fold, gradually resulting in the formation of facial lines. Botox Cosmetic, Dysport and Xeomin work beneath the surface and temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines in adults to help them look visibly smoother.

Botox (Botulinum Neurotoxin)
Botox is one of the first and most well known injectable treatments still being used today. Botox is used in Medical Spas around the world to temporarily paralyze the muscle not only to treat the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles but also to prevent them. Botox is also used in different areas of the body such as the Masseter muscles to help treat TMJ and also in different areas of the head, neck and shoulder area to help with migraines. Botox has been around for years and has consistently provided excellent and reliable results!
Dysport
Dysport is another popular injection treatment that works similarly to Botox by relaxing facial muscles to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. It's fast, the effects act faster and the results last longer. This is an ideal option for those who want quick results but do not want to undergo too many treatments over time.
Xeomin
Xeomin is a new injectable treatment that works similarly to both Botox and Dysport but has a slightly different composition. It doesn't contain additives like other products, so there is less chance of allergic reactions. Additionally, Xeomin tends to last longer than either of the other two products so it could be a good choice if you're looking for long-term results without frequent treatments.
